About Course
This course provides an overview of the role of a business analyst, exploring the core skills and knowledge required to excel in the field. Students will gain an understanding of the responsibilities of a business analyst, including the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and communicate effectively. The course will cover the fundamentals of Business Analysis, and project management. Students will learn how to use data-driven techniques to inform decisions and create business strategies. The course will also explore the use of software tools, such as spreadsheets and BI software, in the business analysis process. Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge they have learned in a real-world business environment.
